HOT-N-SPICY CHICKEN WINGS

 INGREDIENTS

        5 lbs. bag chicken wings

        12 fl. oz. Pre Crystal Hot Sauce

        1-2 sticks butter 

        1tea spoon Pepper 

        Salt

 

METHOD

        1. Marinate chicken with pepper and salt. 

       2. Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel.

       3. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot.

                    4. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
