Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
2 lb Beef shanks, oxtails,or short ribs
1 cn
Tomatoes (16 oz.)
2 Carrots;
sliced
3 Celery
stalks with tops sliced
2 md
Onions; diced
2 md
Potatoes; diced
3 cup -water
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
3 Beef
bouillon cubes
1 package (10 oz.) Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Peas, or Lima beans
Method
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 12 to 24 hours.
Add frozen vegetables during the last 2 to 3 hours.
