Fried Rice with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- Cooked rice 350 g, about 2 cups
- Ham, diced 90 g
- Shrimps (meat, cooked) 50 g
- Eggs, beaten 3 pcs
- Onion, chopped 1 pc
- Gingers, minced 2 tsp
Seasoning
- Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Method
1. Pan-fry the eggs into thin egg sheets. Shred and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok. Saute ginger and onion until fragrant. Add ham, shrimps and stir-fry until done.
3. Add cooked rice, shredded egg and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.
