Fried Rice with Oyster Sauce

                Ingredients

      • Cooked rice 350 g, about 2 cups
      • Ham, diced 90 g
      • Shrimps (meat, cooked) 50 g
      • Eggs, beaten 3 pcs
      • Onion, chopped 1 pc
      • Gingers, minced 2 tsp

                Seasoning

      • Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
      • Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp

               Method

1.    Pan-fry the eggs into thin egg sheets.  Shred and set aside.

 

2.    Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok.  Saute ginger and onion until fragrant.  Add ham, shrimps and stir-fry until done.

 

3.    Add cooked rice, shredded egg and seasoning mix.  Stir well until heated through.
